We are looking for dedicated Drivers and Care Workers to join our friendly team, supporting older people and individuals with care needs across the Havering Area.

As a Care Worker, you will build meaningful relationships with the people you support, getting to know their individual needs, preferences and routines. No previous care experience? No problem! We provide the training and support you need to develop your skills and grow in your role.

🕒 Flexible Working Opportunities

We offer both Full-time and Part-time positions, with flexible working hours to suit a range of lifestyles.

Available shifts include: - Early Mornings - Daytime Visits - Late Evenings -Weekend shifts every week

Weekend availability is essential for anyone working weekday shifts. If you choose to work during the week, you must also be available to work weekends as part of your regular working pattern.

We also welcome applications from individuals who are looking for weekend-only positions.

Please note that we operate a weekly weekend rota, rather than alternate weekends. Applicants must be comfortable with these requirements before applying.

At HSH Care, providing reliable and consistent support to our customers is our priority, including at weekends.

Please note that this role requires you to drive and have access to your own reliable vehicle, as you will be travelling between customers homes.

📍 Areas We Cover

We provide care throughout the Havering area Including:

Romford, Harold Wood, Harold Hill, Gidea Park, Emerson Park, Rise Park, Hornchurch, Elm Park, Upminster, Cranham, Rainham and Rush Green.

💼 Your Responsibilities

As a HSH Carer Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care and Hygiene: Supporting customers with washing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect.
• Medication Support: Assisting customers with their medication in accordance with their care plans, training and company procedures.
• Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and drinks in line with individual preferences and dietary requirements.
• Promoting Independence: Encouraging customers to remain as independent as possible and supporting their choices and daily routines.
• Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Recognizing changes in a customer's condition, identifying potential risks and reporting concerns and promptly.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Completing care records and documenting visits and relevant information accurately using our digital care systems.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Building trusting relationships an helping customers feel valued, comfortable and supported in their own homes.
