HSH Care is growing, and we are expanding our services into Essex! We are looking for dedicated Drivers and Care Workers who can travel to Brentwood and Chelmsford to support customers in the comfort of their own homes.

🏡 What Will You Be Doing?

As a Care Worker at HSH Care, you will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include: - Personal Care: Supporting customers with washing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene while respecting their dignity and privacy. - Medication Support: Supporting customers with their medication in line with their care plans, training and company procedures. - Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and drinks according to individual preferences and dietary requirements. - Promoting Independence: Encouraging customers to make their own choices and remain as independent as possible. - Companionship: Providing friendly conversation, reassurance and emotional support. - Safeguarding: Recognizing potential risks, identifying changes in customers wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately. -Care documentation: Completing accurate care records and recording relevant information using our digital systems.

Every visit matters, and we want our Care Workers to build positive relationships with customers while delivering care that is tailored to their individual needs.

📍 Where Will You Be Working?

We are currently expanding our services across Essex and are looking for staff who can travel to:

📌 Brentwood 📌 Chelmsford

You must be comfortable travelling between customers' homes within these areas. A full UK driving license and access to your own reliable vehicle are essential for this position.

🕒 Working Hours

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible shifts available to meet the needs of our customers.

Working hours may include: -Early morning visits -Daytime visits -Late evening visits -Weekend shifts every week

Weekend availability is essential for anyone working weekday shifts. If you choose to work during the week, you must also be available to work weekends as part of your regular working pattern.

We also welcome applications from individuals who are looking for weekend-only positions.

Please note that we operate a weekly weekend rota, rather than alternate weekends. Applicants must be comfortable with these requirements before applying.
